Happy to find this place in the mostly vacant Shops at Lake Havasu. I had the gyro combo and my friend had the pastrami combo. We split the chili cheese fries and each had a beer. Total was a little over $30. A little pricey but there isn't another choice. The food was hot and fresh and portion size was average. Staff was friendly. I hope more shops fill up and they are able to survive and thrive.

Worst Customer Service, I have never been treated so bad from a Restaurant in my life. The owner was the one that was rude. I hope they go out of business. They also need the health department in there, they handle money and then your food without washing hands or at least wearing gloves. The chili tastes like it came from a can. The side salad was a joke. They charge you for relish on your hotdog. If you want a huge hamburger bun with a tiny hamburger this is your place, you get to pay big bucks for bread. Don't eat Chicago Grill you will regret it. I don't think they even deserve 1star.

Clearly the best sandwiches in havasu. Conveniently located next to movies. Friendly and comfortable. I love this place. I go every time I go to the movies. I spend less money on food and it is so darn good!

Located by the movie theatre on the north side of LHC. On our way to the movies on a HOT day when we stopped in. What an awesome little place. Service was fast and customer service was outstanding great food cook and served fresh when we ordered. Owners work there and are great peole. Prices are affordable. We were surprised there wasn't a long line. What a treasure we had to go back twice. We're visiting from San Diego. And when were in town we'll stop in and eat again.

Walked in on my lunch hour, was the only person. Took my order which was a pastrami combo w/ drink was 11.95. The food came fast, I was the only one, it was brought out to me by the owner. Friendly overall, portion was ok at best. The meal was about an 7.95 meal price tops. Got potato salad as my side, tasted exactly like Reese's from the store. Pretty average overall. Probably WONT be back. Nothing exciting. Pr icy for what it is, might be the outrageous mall rent.

One of Havasu's newest. Located at the Shops (Mall) at Lake Havasu. Nice big, clean, bright. Plenty of tables inside. Very friendly service. I tried the Chicago Dog and it looked to have been made exactly as described. First time I'd ever tried a dog with all these ingredients. Wasn't really my thing, not gonna fault them for that. Dog itself was tasty. They got lots of other combinations/variations of Dogs and I'm definitely gonna try some more. One is deep fried......gotta be good, right? Menu shows Bud and Coors Light on tap but, they actually have 4 beers on taps, cool. 16oz. $2.00 Why not 5 stars? I dunno? I'll leave that for the Dog expert's out there. I'll give 'em 4.499 until next time.

Great food!!! The hot pastrami sandwich is lean, fresh, and yummy!! I also really like the chicken wrap. Great favors. Tried several items from menu and have always had a great meal. I leave with a happy and full tummy! The staff is very friendly too. Try it out I bet you'll be very happy.

Really disappointed with the food. I ordered the pastrami burger. The pastrami and the fries that came with it were good, but the burger and bun were very disappointing. When I go to a place with grill in the name I expect something that is fresh and cooked well. My burger was rubber like and tasted like it was from the freezer section of Walmart. The bun wasn't the freshest either. Maybe the pastrami sandwich or a hot dog would have been a better choice. It also turned me off when the man who seemed like he was the manager or owner of the place didn't offer me a receipt or my change. I may be back another time to try something different but based off this experience I would be happier with a McDonald's burger.

I was in there yesterday and the owner Robert was completely rude. He would not honor their specials and treated me like dirt. Their food was cold and the bathrooms were filthy. As long as Robert is the owner, stay far away

Cooked to order, fresh, and locally owned and operated. They serve beer although this place is counter service. Great service and attitude. My gyro was pretty good, although the tatziki sauce could be jazzed up a bit.
